Black Hi-Lighter (BHL) – the Highland Park, Los Angeles glitter-garage psych rock band – is launching a new live event series leading up to the June 2014 release of its new album on L.A.-based label, Phaedra Records. The as-yet untitled LP follows the band’s 2013 full-length, Bite the Bullet, which earned support from Alternative Press, KCSN, Origami Vinyl, KCRW,Amoeba Music, The Independent FM, and music blogs from Boston to the UK.
